Introduction

In Norway the Invoice KID number is used to make reconciling payments and documents a lot easier. The KID number is unique identification of the sale and is generated automatically during the folio close process and is added to the folio print out. A KID number can be from 2 to 25 digits long. The final figure is a check digit. Calculation of the check digit is based on the algorithms MOD 10/MOD 11.

Activation and use

To have the KID number automatic generation activated for your Clock PMS+ account contact Clock PMS+ support team. Once activated the number will be automatically generated and added to your folios/invoices upon their closure.
