In the competitive hospitality industry, having access to consolidated reporting across multiple properties is crucial for effective decision-making and strategic planning. With Clock PMS+, hotel groups can easily generate comprehensive reports that provide a unified view of key metrics across all their accounts. These reports offer valuable insights into various aspects of the business, including revenue data, folio information, and accounts receivable details for each property.
All reports listed below are accessible through menu Reports -> All reports. All reports have various filters by which you can filter down the results.
Revenue reports
- Charge Summary Report - you can choose for which accounts to generate the report. Data from all accounts is consolidated under the chosen 'Group by' options - Revenue Group, Revenue Category, Charge, Company. Can be run for long period.
- Charge Summary D-M-Y - select a date for which to generate the report. It shows the data from the chosen accounts for that date, month to date and year to date. The information is consolidated under the selected 'Group by' options - Revenue Group, Revenue Category, Charge, Company. You can also add a comparison year to compare the data with previous years.
Folio reports
- Closed Folios - shows all folios that were closed in the selected period for the selected accounts, including closed folios/invoices that were voided in the period (if enabled through the filter).
- Closed Folios Summary - summarised information from closed folios/invoices divided by revenue group and charge.
- Accounts Receivable - presents all Closed folios/invoices with a balance (not fully paid) from the selected accounts.
- Open folios - presents all currently open folios from the selected accounts. Folios are divided by Folios for expected bookings, checked-in bookings, checked-out, companies, events, and more.
- Open Folios Charges Age - presents all open folios in the selected accounts with information about Charges value, balance and age of the charges.
Payments reports
- Payments report - presents Payments posted within the period for which you generate the report for the selected accounts.
- Payments in Open folios - presents all payments posted in currently open folios for the selected accounts.
Tax reports and other
- Tax Report - presents a Tax (VAT) breakdown of the folios closed within the period for which you generate the report.
- Charge, Tax and Payment Records - presents information about Charges, Tax and Payments for the selected period.
