Having Activity types and Setup styles allows for an extra level of information and automation when creating activities. Both internal (e.g. Function sheet) and guest-facing (e.g. offer) documents will showcase this information.
Activity types
To create Activity types navigate to menu Settings-> All Settings-> MICE-> Activity types. Press the '+' button on the top right, enter the name of the activity and save.
Enter as types activities that happen in Meeting rooms (e.g. Conference, Teambuilding, etc.) and also Catering (Coffee Break, Lunch, Afternoon coffee break, etc.).
Activity Setup Styles
With the Setup styles you can indicate how the location (meeting room and/or restaurant) need to be set up.
To create the styles, navigate to menu Settings-> All Settings-> MICE-> Activity setup style. Press the '+' button on the top right, enter the name of the style and save.
Enter styles both for Meeting rooms (e.g. Boardroom, Theatre, etc.) and also Restaurants (Cabaret, Banquet, etc.).
Additionally, through the 'Image' button you can add a image of how the setup should look like. This images visible in event related documents (e.g. Staff function sheet, Event offer).
